New Delhi: The much-awaited trailer of the sci-fi epic ‘Kalki 2898 A.D.’ is finally out, after the initial teaser received an overwhelming response. While the teaser gave a glimpse of the extraordinary ‘Kalki 2898 A.D.’ universe inspired by Indian mythology, the new trailer delves deeper into the story ahead.
The trailer features megastar Amitabh Bachchan in his dashing avatar, performing daring stunts as ‘Ashwatthama’. Kamal Haasan transforms into an unrecognizable but formidable ‘Yaskin’, while Prabhas dominates the screen as ‘Bhairava’, taking on the dangerous bounty hunter ‘Bujji’. Deepika Padukone plays ‘Sumati’, who faces tough challenges in her role while being pregnant, and Disha Patani is grabbing attention as ‘Roxy’.

The trailer showcases three different worlds within ‘Kalki 2898 A.D.’: Kashi, depicted as the last bastion of the savages struggling for survival; Complex, a sky-based paradise ruled by the elite; and Shambala, a mystical sanctuary for those oppressed by the Complex. With a great background score, excellent VFX and breathtaking visuals, the film is set to be one of the most ambitious ventures in Indian cinema. Its reference to the Mahabharata stands as a defining moment, showcasing unparalleled storytelling in cinema.
