Director: Nag Ashwin Kalki 2898 AD, Starring Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani, the film was released with much fanfare on June 27. Released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and other languages, the film witnessed a massive ticket sale even before its release.
As per the official announcement by the film’s banner Vaijayanti Movies, it has been revealed that Kalki 2898 AD The film has crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark worldwide.
Set in an apocalyptic world, Kalki 2898 AD It stars Amitabh Bachchan in the role of Amar Ashwatthama and Prabhas in the role of a bounty hunter named Bhairava. Kamal Haasan plays Supreme Yaskin while Deepika Padukone plays Sumati.
The film is shot by Djordje Stojiljkovic and music is composed by Santosh Narayanan, and edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.
