Producer of director Shankar’s latest film Indian 2, The makers of the film, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead, have confirmed that its duration has been reduced to make it more streamlined.

Lyca Productions’ X Profile informed through a tweet that the film is a sequel to the 1996 blockbuster film IndianAfter taking feedback from the audience, the serial has been shortened by 12 minutes.
indian 2which received mixed reviews, also featured Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Vivek, Kajal Aggarwal, SJ Suryah, Bobby Simha, Brahmanandam, Samuthirakani, Nedumudi Venu, Delhi Ganesh, Manobala, Jagan, Kalidas Jayaram and Gulshan Grover. With music by Anirudh Ravichander, the film’s cinematography is done by Ravi Varman and editing by Sreekar Prasad.
