Akshay Kumar fans, rejoice. The actor shares his first-look poster as Lord Shiva from his upcoming film KannappaPS: The film directed by Vishnu Manchu is Akshay’s Telugu debut.
In the poster, Akshay Kumar looks very attractive wearing animal print loincloth and white dhoti. He has a trident in one hand and a damru in the other. Rudraksha rosary is his only accessory.
The attached note read, “May the Supreme Lord who rules over the three worlds devote himself to pure devotion.”
Uploading a powerful picture on Instagram, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Stepping into the holy aura of Mahadev.” KannappaI am honored to bring this epic tale to life. May Lord Shiva guide us in this divine journey. Om Namah Shivay!”
Conducted by Mukesh Kumar Singh. Kannappa Vishnu Manchu is in the lead role. The film focuses on Kannappa, one of the greatest devotees of Lord Shiva.
Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is also a part of the project along with Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal, R Sarathkumar, Preeti Mukundan, Brahmanandam, Mukesh Rishi and Madu. Kannappa Funded by AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory.
Last year in April, Vishnu Manchu welcomed Akshay Kumar KannappaHe posted a video on X (formerly Twitter), where Akshay was seen receiving a warm welcome from the film team.

Earlier this month, the makers released the first look poster of Kajal Aggarwal KannappaThe actress looked very beautiful in an ivory and gold border saree.
The tagline on the photo reads, “Mother who rules the three worlds! Trishakti who protects her devotees! The holy Jana Prasunambika resides in the sacred Sri Kalahasti temple!”
The caption reads, “Truly a dream role! Happy to start 2025 on this divine note.”
Kannappa Will hit the silver screen on April 25.
