Kanye West finds himself in a fix as famous brands continue to distance themselves from him. Amid his growing financial crisis, the 47-year-old rapper has reportedly sought help from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. Following his dispute with Adidas over the anti-Semitism controversy, the Praise God hitmaker’s earnings have taken a hit.
Kanye West reportedly begged Kim Kardashian for money
In October 2022, the German company fired West after he made anti-Semitic comments on social media. “Kanye is spending his savings at an alarming rate, and it’s starting to take a toll on his bank balance,” a source told In Touch.
The insider added, “He still has some money coming in, but his net worth has dropped by several zeros since he lost that deal with Adidas.” West recently shocked people when he was spotted flying in economy class with his wife, Bianca Sensari.

“Initially they didn’t let it affect their spending habits, they spent more to prove they could do it, but now it’s got to the point where they have no choice but to make some cutbacks, like flying coach instead of a private jet,” the source said.
Earlier this month, a TikTok user shared a video of the Heartless rapper and the Australian native on a commercial flight. “I was not expecting to see Kanye when I got out of the bathroom,” TikToker Brandon Doggett wrote in the caption.
“Restricting his spending is nothing new for him and this has been a huge blow to his ego,” the source explained. “Meanwhile, Kim couldn’t have done better. She’s been very smart with her money and her business is booming, so she’s been able to spoil the kids in a way Kanye can’t.”

Shedding light on the financial differences between the one-time power couple, the source said, “He [Kim] He can charter a private jet or a stretch limo service at the snap of a finger. He is still responsible for custody payments, which he is also finding difficult to afford.”
“So, this has put him in a humiliating position where he actually has to ask Kim to give him a break and help him out,” the insider revealed, adding, “Having her admit that things aren’t as good as he wants to pretend is the worst for him, the only thing worse than that would be going bankrupt, so he had to humble himself and ask her for help.”
