Kanye West, also known as Yeh, is facing new legal allegations from former Assistant Lauren Piskiotta, who has filed a revised complaint in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, which has been accused of musicians of sexual batteries, sex smuggling and other crimes.
Reviewed as per court documents DiversityPiskiotta alleged that West “raped her without her consent” and forced her to sexual conditions through false promises of career advancement. She claims that the abuse occurred between 2021 and 2023 while working with the West, initially as A&R Donda The album and later as their personal assistant.
The update complaint extended to the previous case filed in June 2024, alleging wrong termination and sexual harassment. This now includes additional claims such as gender discrimination, pursuit, false imprisonment, attack and intentional inflammation of emotional crisis.
The complaint gives a description of a pattern of perceived behavior, including the vest, demanding pistota wearing, disclosing clothes, sending her clear material, pressurizing her to participate in sexual encounters, and offering others for sex in exchange for favor.
The legal team of PiSciotta argues that the West’s action fulfills the definition of sex trafficking under the US law, claiming that they “promises of cheating of career progress” and used the dangers of vengeance for compliance. She also alleges that she was fired in 2023 to deny her advances, the West went to her apartment premises and continued to harass her, including an incident, where she caught her throat “forcibly”.
The complaint stated that harassment in the West increased after the initial case was filed, including “Swating” – the act of creating false emergency reports for law enforcement. Pisciotta is demanding a jury testing and pursuing general, economic and punitive damage.
Representatives of the West have not yet responded to the latest allegations. His lawyer called the earlier claims “baseless” and planned to counter.
