Filmmaker Karan Johar has reacted to the remake of Pakistani singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s hit song Tauba-Tauba. In the clip shared by Chahat on Instagram, she was heard singing in her unique style – she changed Tauba Tauba to Toba Toba. Chahat’s song does not impress Karan Aujla
With the Taj Mahal in the background, Chahat changed the lyrics and music while singing. He also performed with the guitar. Reacting to the video, Karan Aujla, who sang the original track, said, “Uncle na karo (don’t do) please (crying loudly emoji).”

One person said, ‘A person can sing in tune even by mistake, but here he did not even do that.’ One comment read, “Everything was fun until Karan Aujla commented.” “Toba Toba, you spoil my mood,” said one Instagram user. “You’ve ruined the song,” one person commented. Sharing the video on his Instagram Stories, Karan Johar wrote, “Must watch (red heart emoji).”

Who is Chahat Fateh Ali Khan?
Kashif Rana, better known by his stage name Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, is a “singer, musician, entertainer, actor, writer, director”, according to his YouTube bio. He was born in March 1965 in Sheikhupura. He studied at Government High School Sheikhupura. He did his undergraduate studies at Government College University Lahore (GCUL) and then attended Punjab University in Lahore, before moving to London, where he studied History. He went viral a few months ago for his cringey remix of Badobaadi. Later this song was removed from YouTube, which broke his heart.
According to Hindustan Times, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan had said in an interview that cricket is his first love. He said he now has a passion for music and that “everyone can sing”, adding that “some may need to put in more effort than others”.
