New Delhi: Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra recently faced Baiklash after reciting a poem in response to the initiative terror attack, which occurred on Tuesday and claimed the lives of 25 Indian citizens, which injured many others.
Taking it on social media, the actor wrote:
“One eye for one eye will not leave the whole world blind. The last person still will have an eye – and we all know who that last person can be.”
He continued, “But the real question is whether you will break the series of hate and make the world a better place? This is the meaning of poem.”
Karan Veer also condemned the attack, writing, “My heart comes out to the families of those who have lost their loved ones in the Pahalgam attack. Criminals may face the strongest punishment that they deserve. We are not afraid. We are not afraid.”

He quoted actor Sunil Shetty, saying, “The next Chuti Kashmir Pisces,” referring to the feeling that the next holiday should be in Kashmir to promote tourism and send a message to terrorists that “we are not afraid of them.”

For The Anward, on Wednesday, Karan Veer shared a video in which he recited a poem, which shook the controversy.
