Tamil actor Suria is 50 years old today. The makers of his upcoming film Karuppu shared the highly awaited teaser of the film on the occasion of the actor’s birthday.
Posting on his X handle, Dream Warrior Pictures (the official production banner of the film) shared the teaser of Suriya starrer ‘Karupu’. In the teaser, the actor is seen performing a high-octane action sequence, which was choreographed by the popular stunt master Anabariva.
The teaser has introduced the actor as a person who excellence in street fighting and also knows how to win the battle in court, as he is depicted as a lawyer in the film.
According to the video, the film appears to be a full package of the film grand scene, high-octain action sequences, dance, pepping songs and panchal dialogues.
While sharing the video, Dream Warrier Pictures wrote, “On this particular day of celebrating @suriya_ofl head, we are thrilled to present the powerful teaser of #KARUPPU”

The film is written and directed by RJB. Along with Suriya, the film also includes Trisha, Indran, Neti, Swasika, Sasivadh, Anaga Maya Ravi, Suprath Reddy and other lead roles.
The music of the film is composed by Sai Abhunkar. The producers have not yet revealed the release date of the film.
Meanwhile, Tamil superstar Suria’s next film, titled ‘Surya 46’, has officially gone to the floor with a traditional worship ceremony in Hyderabad.
The film is directed by Venki Ataluri and produced by Sithra Entertainment. The manufacturers shared the news on their official X (East Twitter) handle.

GV Prakash Kumar will compose music for the film, showing Mamita Baiju as female head. Raveena Tandon and Radhika Sarathkumar are also in lead roles.
