Katrina Kaif praised her brother-in-law Sunny Kaushal for his brilliant performance in Netflix’s film ‘Heer Aayi Haseen Dilruba’. After watching the film, Katrina Kaif wrote a note on her Instagram stories. About the film, Katrina wrote, “Loved it… very funny… had to stop it repeatedly to tell my husband my theory about the plot…” Praising Sunny Kaushal, Katrina wrote, “Aaaah you surprised me and after seeing this side of you whatever you say is right, you are always right and the best brother-in-law one can imagine… promise I will never trouble you…” For your information, let us tell you that Heer Aayi Haseen Dilruba is the sequel to Haseen Dilruba, which premiered in July 2021 exclusively on the OTT platform Netflix. The film starred Vikrant Massey, Taapsee Pannu and Harshvardhan Rane in lead roles. The film was a complicated tale of love and revenge which received mixed responses from critics and audiences alike.
Earlier, Vicky had congratulated his younger brother. He wrote, “You have truly amazed me with your ability to play such a complex character. Well done, I know how excited you were to play this character and I could see how much you are enjoying it to the fullest. So proud. Go ahead and keep it going brother.” Vicky also attended the special screening of the film along with parents Shaam and Veena Kaushal.
Sunny Kaushal started his career with Sunshine Music Tours and Travels in 2016. After this, he worked in films like Gold and The Forgotten Army: Azaadi Ke Liye. Before acting, Sunny worked as an assistant director in films like My Friend Pinto and Gunday.
