Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan has once again donned the role of a host on television with his most loved and popular show Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16. Big B has been hosting the show for decades and today he earns a hefty amount for being the star host. According to reports, the Kalki actor is earning 5 crores per episode and over the years, the megastar has earned a lot as the host of the show. When KBC started in the year 2000, Big B charged Rs 25 lakhs to be the host and today, 24 years later, he is continuing his success streak and today he is reportedly earning Rs 5 crores.
As per a report in HT, Amitabh Bachchan’s entire fees have been shared and it shows the determination of the megastar. It is said that Big B was facing a huge downturn in the early 2000s and during his financial struggle he got this opportunity to host a game show and he quickly grabbed it and the rest is history.
