Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were in Mumbai last weekend to shoot The Kardashians at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding.
Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian had a pretty busy weekend in Mumbai last weekend. They attended the Shubh Vivaah (wedding ceremony) and Shubh Ashirwad (blessing ceremony) of Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant at the Jio World Convention Centre. They also shot an episode of their popular reality TV show The Kardashians at the event. But they also visited the ISKCON temple in Juhu, where they served food to children. Kim, Khloe at ISKCON
In the pictures that surfaced on social media, Kim and Khloe are seen wearing colourful dupattas and serving food to school children at the ISKCON temple. Kim can be seen serving the children, sitting on her knees, smiling and talking to them. She has wrapped an orange and pink dupatta over her orange dress. Her hair is tied at the back of her head and a flower adorns her bun. Khloe is wearing a white gown and also has a navy blue and white stole around her neck. The Kardashian sisters are also seen chatting with British life coach and ISKCON follower Jay Shetty.
Kardashians at Ambani’s wedding
On her Instagram account on Monday, Kim posted photos of herself posing in front of several beautiful backdrops from the Ambani wedding. In one photo, Kim is seen with the groom’s sister Isha Ambani as they share their joy at the celebrations. She also posted another photo of herself with the newlyweds Anant and Radhika. Along with the photos, Kim wrote a caption, “India is my heart.”
40-year-old Kim arrived in India on Friday morning along with her sister Khloe Kardashian. The sisters were quick to share updates on their respective Instagram handles and also took a rickshaw ride in the city before the main event. For the wedding, Kim wore a red outfit with a matching veil, emerald headband and bracelet.
The wedding took place on July 12 and was attended by several notable personalities from various fields including celebrities, sportspersons, politicians and others. Several international artistes also performed on the occasion. Anant is the son of Asia’s richest man Mukesh Ambani and Radhika is the daughter of pharma tycoon Viren and Shaila Merchant.
