Actor Taj Singh, who recently appeared in Kim Namjoon aka RM’s music video Lost, has spoken about the BTS leader. In an exclusive conversation with Hindustan Times, Taj also talked about his upcoming projects in India as well as South Korea. Currently, Taj is working on a project in Japan. RM’s Lost is closest to Tazz’s heart
Tazz revealed what his favorite project so far is and which one is closest to his heart. He said, “It’s not because it’s recent, but, it’s the RM project, it’s the vibe and everything, the whole set and everyone; it was absolutely amazing. I would say this is probably my favorite so far and closest to my heart as well.”

The actor further added that he has worked on some “really cool projects”. Tazz said that he had a “great experience” working with Maddock Films and Ulj starring Janhvi Kapoor. He added, “For me right now, I’m really happy with the RM music video.”
Tazz reveals how he became a part of RM’s lost MV
Tazz elaborated on how the project with BTS’ RM came about, “It was last year, and I found it through my UK and Asian teams. In the beginning, they kept everything confidential. I didn’t know much, I just knew – it was an audition for a Korean project. Because I could speak some Korean, I had already embraced the culture in my life… I thought, okay, ‘This will be cool, it’ll be fun, and I’ll try and give it my best shot’.” He added that after giving two auditions, he was chosen for the part, which made him really happy.
Tazz added, “After a while, I realized that I was actually going to be working on a project with RM, not just a Korean. At that time, I was really excited.” When asked if he was a BTS ARMY before the music video, Tazz replied, “Yeah, of course. I’ve listened to some of their songs before, like Lonely from their second album. And BTS, I’ve listened to some other BTS songs. I was a fan of theirs, but before I went there, I had to be professional as an actor. But deep inside, I still had that kind of fan excitement.” He added that his favorite BTS member is RM.
Tazz recalls fist bumping with BTS’ RM on set
The actor also recalled a funny moment with RM, “I remember one time we were shooting a scene, and there was music playing in the background. Then the director said, ‘Cut’, and the scene ended, and the music kept playing. I heard, at that moment, the beat changed, so the music changed. I felt the vibe of it. I remember turning to him and saying, ‘I thought that was great’. We fist-bumped; it was cool, and it was fun. It was a good time.”
Tazz praises RM and his team
Tazz also spoke about how ‘amazing’ RM is as a person, “He’s amazing as an artist and also as a human being. He’s a really nice person. He’s really nice. He’s really authentic. We work together so well. Honestly, working on that set was like working with friends at some point. It was a really good experience. There were no worries. He was really sweet and welcoming. His whole team was just so warm, friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all.” He added that he loved working with RM’s whole team.
Tazz thanks BTS Army for their love
Tazz also answered a question about the love he has received from the Indian BTS Army. Thanking the BTS Army for their love, Tazz said, “BTS Indian Army, BTS Army everywhere, thank you so much for all the love…People reach out to me and say they are proud, ‘This is a big win for India’. I feel happy and overjoyed to hear such things. It encourages me and motivates me to try even harder. I appreciate all those messages.”
Tazz talks about his upcoming projects
Tazz also shared some details about his upcoming projects, “I have auditioned for a Korean drama on OTT. I am in talks with my team right now. We are working on making something possible for a Korean drama. Let’s see how it goes. I have also given some Bollywood auditions recently, a few weeks ago. I am open to doing more projects in Bollywood. I love Bollywood.”
Tazz also revealed how he learned the Korean language and later took the TOPIK exam. On deciding about his future projects, Tazz said, “If I get a chance to work in Korean dramas or in Korea, I’m up for it. Of course, I want to work more in India. With such a warm welcome from BTS Indian Army, if they would like to see me more in Bollywood, I would love that.” He added, “If I could really choose, I would want to try more in India. We’ll see what happens.”
