Kim Suu Hyun recently entangled herself into a dispute after alleging a relationship with late actress Kim Sai Ron, when she was a minor (15) while she was 27 years old.
Earlier, Kim Suu Hyun’s agency issued a statement dismissing the allegations as a “baseless and malicious”. On Thursday, he stated with another announcement, stating that a more detailed response with “clear and certified status” would be released next week.
On March 14, the agency issued a comprehensive statement that it was not during its minor years, making it clear that Kim Suu Hyun and Kim Sai Ron were in a relationship in the past. He denied the allegations that the agency pressured Kim Sai Ron to pay 700 million won (about) 4.19 crore). The statement included images as evidence to support his claims.
Explaining the timeline of the relationship, the agency said, “Kim Suu Hyun and Kim Sai Ron were in a relationship since the summer of 2019, Kim Sai Ron after becoming a legal adult, until the fall of 2020. It is not true that Kim So Hyun told Kim Sayy Ron when she was a minor,” Soompi.
The agency also denied the claims made by Hoverlab, alleging that some photos of the two were taken in 2016 when Kim Sai Ron was young.
“On March 24, 2024, the photos shared by Kim Sa Ron on their Instagram stories and on 11 March 2025 were shown to broadcast of Hoverlab, the private moments of the two were depicted during their relationship in the 2020 winter. The Goldmartist denied the claims that the actor ignored the financial struggles of Kim Sai Ron. He clarified that the agency covered a significant part of Kim Sai Ron’s debts after the fall of its career after the 2022 DUI incident.

“The process included repairing and selling the vehicle of Kim Sai Ron, which was severely damaged in a drunk accident, to compensate for some damage. This was done at the request of Kim Sai Ron, where the Goldmartist repaired and sold the non-conduct accident vehicle, compensated for the loss, ”the agency said.
The Goldmartist further revealed that despite Kim Sai Ron’s efforts, she was struggling to resume her career, making it difficult for her to repay the remaining debt.
“As a result, we determined that Kim Sa Ron was no longer able to repay his debt. As a result, his loan was written as a loss by us in December 2023. The statement also clarified that Kim Sai Ron’s loan was a case completely between the Goldmalkist and the actress.

On 16 February, Kim Sai Ron was found dead at his residence in Seoul. According to Seongdong police, he died of suicide. The actress got away from the headlines after her DUI incident in 2022.
