Hollywood star Kristen Wiig’s drama show Palm Royal Apply TV+ has renewed for a second season. The renewal comes almost exactly after the series’ first season wrapped up on May 8 on Apple TV+.
Established in the year 1969, Palm Royal In the film, Wiig played Maxine Simmons, a woman who will go to great lengths to achieve her goal of joining Palm Beach high society.
“The series has delighted global audiences and we’re thrilled that viewers will have the opportunity to spend more time with this hugely entertaining, iconic cast, from Kristen Wiig to the incomparable Carol Burnett,” Apple TV+ programming head Matt Cherniss said in a statement posted on the streamer’s official website.
“We can’t wait for everyone to experience the next fabulous and funny chapter in Palm Beach high society life, brought so vividly to life by Abe Sylvia, Kristen, Laura Dern and this incredible team behind the show,” he added.
Produced by Abe Sylvia, the show also stars Oscar winner Laura Dern, who executive produces, as well as Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Amber Chardy Robinson, Mindy Cohn, Julia Duffy and Kaia Gerber, with guest appearances by Bruce Dern and Carol Burnett.

The series’ executive producers are Dern and Jamie Lemmons for Jaywalker Pictures; Wiig, Katie O’Connell Marsh, Tate Taylor and John Norris for Viola Films; Shari White, Sherry Holman and Boat Rocker.
