Kritika Kamra and Vijay Verma team up for ‘Matka King’
Actress Kritika Kamra will be seen opposite Vijay Verma in the upcoming crime drama series Matka KingDirected by Nagraj Manjule and set to stream on Prime Video, Matka King The book sheds light on the real-life Matka gambling phenomenon that prevailed in India from the 1960s to the 1990s.
Kamra will play an important role alongside Verma in this series. Earlier, she played the role of a female gangster in a crime series. Bombay my love.

Matka King It is a fictional story set in 1960s Mumbai, where an enterprising cotton merchant seeking legitimacy and respect launches a new gambling game called ‘Matka’. According to the official description, the game takes the city by storm, democratising an area previously reserved for the rich and elite.
