L2 Empuran Box Office Collection Day 4: Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film sees an upward trend, crosses a mark of Rs 50 crore

Malayalam epic of Prithviraj Sukumaran L2: EmpuranMohanlal’s specialty, its strong run at the domestic box office continues.

Prithviraj’s sequel of Lucifer’s first film Lucifer directed by 2019, Impuan Malayalam is being honored as one of the most ambitious projects of cinema. On its fourth day (Sunday), the film collected Rs 14 crore, with a stable upward trend.

This was a slight increase from earnings of Rs 13.25 crore on Saturday, which improved with a collection of Rs 11.1 crore on Friday.

However, the film’s highest grossing day has been its early day (Thursday), when it earned Rs 21 crore in five languages, such as according to Centillk.

On Sunday, Impuan Majority of your revenue – Rs 13 crore – from its Malayalam version, Rs 45 lakh from Tamil, Rs 31 lakh from Telugu, Rs 20 lakh from Hindi and Rs 4 lakh from Kannada.

A few hours after Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and opposition leader VD Satheson increased their support for the film, Mohanlal shared a statement stating that neither he nor the Impuran team intended to promote any political movement, ideology or hatred towards religious community. His message, in which he stated that the team “regrets any crisis with honesty” and takes collective responsibility, later re -rescued by director Prithviraj and producer Antony Perumbavur.
