One of the most awaited Bollywood drama L2E: Empuran The release date has finally been found. Superstar Mohanlal starrer is set to release a grand world on March 27, 2025.
Sharing the exciting announcement, Mohanlal wrote on social media, “First day, first day, #l2e #mpuraan’s first show will start from 6:00 AM IST on 27 March 2025. The shows around the world will start at the same time in the respective time areas. Stay for further details!”
Under the direction of Prithviraj Sukumaran, the project is written by Murali Gopi.
The sequel to 2019 drama Lucifer Lica Productions, Ashirvad Cinema, and Sri Gokulam films have been produced by Sabskaran, Antony Perumbavur, and Gokulam Gopalan.
Primary cast of L2E: Empuran Has Mohanlal repeated his role as Prithvi-Abram aka Stephen Nedampali with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, and game of Thrones Fame Jerome Flyn.
In addition, Abhimanyu Singh, Andre Tiwadar, Suraj Venjaramudu, Indrajith Sukumaran, Manju Warrior, Sanya Ippan, Saikumar, Baiju Santosh, Fazil, Sachin Khadekar, Nile Usht, Manih, Shivaj, Shivaaz, Shivaj, Shiva, Shivuz, Shivuaz, Shivui SHIVADA, ALEXX O’Nelli, Eriq Ebouney, Mikhail Novikov, and Karthikeya Dev are a part of secondary artists.
Highlighting his character, Prithviraj revealed, “I am Prithviraj. Zayed Masood Lucifer Franchise. In the first installment of this franchise, Lucifer, we saw a notorious Nexus that controls the global gold and diamond business. Nexus was Qureshi-Abram and its hit force was led by a mercenary commandos. In this way you were introduced to Zayed Masood. And it was the only side of Zayed Masood seen in that film. ,
The ambitious project has been shot at several places including Shimla, Leh, United Kingdom, United States, Chennai, Gujarat, Hyderabad, United Arab Emirates, Mumbai and Kerala.
The technical crew of the play includes cinematographer Sujit Vasudev, editor Akhilesh Mohan, art director Mohandas, Stunt Director Stunt Silva and Creative Director Nirmal Sahadev. Deepak Dev has also returned as composer for the second installment in the popular franchise.
L2E: Empuran Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada are ready for a multilingual release.
