Attorney Tony Buzbee warns A-list celebrities about liability for attending Diddy’s controversial parties amid sex trafficking allegations.

It was recently reported that some of the celebrities involved in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Freak Off video are settling with the victims by paying them. This is an attempt by celebrities to protect their names from appearing in lawsuits. Diddy was accused of sex trafficking and racketeering and arrested in New York. Many A-list celebrities were reportedly part of these parties or at least knew about them.

A-list celebrities pay victims

Attorney Tony Buzbee told TMZ on Monday that he sent demand letters to several A-list celebrities asking them to turn over any information or information they had about Diddy’s parties in order to “resolve matters” privately. He said, “If you were attending one of these parties […] And you participated in it before or you knew what was going to happen – that is, you knew that a particular drug was being used in the drink which was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of – And you were in the room or you participated or you saw it happen and didn’t say anything or you helped cover it up, in my opinion, you have a problem.

Buzbee’s plan of action is based on the fact that many people knew or were involved in these freak offs and must be held accountable. That’s what the lawyer plans to do and teased, “All these people are on display here. Who will be named when they are named will be revealed in time,” Page Six reports.

He also said that if these people wanted to remain anonymous in the dispute, they would have to compromise with the alleged victims. The Texas-based attorney explained, “In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then because “It is in the best interests of the victim.” We strive to resolve these cases without filing public litigation, and we have already done so.”

Latest developments in Diddy’s case

Regarding sending demand letters and reaching settlements with victims, Buzbee said, “We have done this with a handful of individuals, many of whom you have heard about before, and we will continue to do so.” He also stressed that the names of those who received the demand letters but did not compromise would be revealed through a public lawsuit. These developments in the case come a month after the disgraced mogul was arrested and pleaded innocent in court. Diddy’s lawyer also confirmed that he will not accept any plea deal because he is innocent.
