Last week, we reported that director Vignesh Shivan’s film with actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan, which was earlier titled Love Insurance Corporation (LIC), has been renamed Love Insurance Company (LIK).
The makers had announced the news with Pradeep’s first look poster. Now, on Saturday, the makers have released an exclusive first look of actor SJ Suryah from the film.
The poster shows Surya sitting on top of a building with a holographic ring in his hand. Looking at these posters, it seems that, Lick It appears to be a futuristic take on love, possibly about a company that makes money off of people and their relationships.
Lick It stars Krithi Shetty in the female lead, while Seeman, Mysskin, Anandaraj, Malavika, Sunil Reddy and Yogi Babu will be seen in pivotal roles.
Vignesh’s frequent collaborator Anirudh is handling the music for the film. Sathyan Sooryan is on board as the cinematographer, while Pradeep E.Raghav (who has worked with Pradeep in two of his directorial ventures) is composing the music. SS Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios is the producer of the film while LK Vishnu Kumar is the co-producer.
