Mamuti, Mohanlal, Prakash Raj saluted Operation Sindoor and Indian Army among the southern stars

Recently, in view of Operation Sindoor, several major voice of South Indian cinema has moved forward to salute the Indian armed forces for their decisive action against terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir.

Veteran actor Mamooty led a tribute to social media, asking the Indian Army “real heroes” recently to react to the Pahalgam terror attack. “Salute to our real heroes! Malayalam Superstar wrote on X.

Echoing Bhavna, actor Mohanlal reflected on the symbolism of the name of the operation. “We wore sindoor not only as a tradition, but as a symbol of our unwavering resolve. Challenged us and we will be more fearless and stronger than ever. Saluting every brave heart of the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and BSF. Your courage gives our pride,” he posted.

Actor Prakash Raj, who is known for both his acting range and political comments, also voiced his support with a direct message: “Saluting our Indian armed forces … India will never tolerate terrorism … #Jaihind.”

Meanwhile, a musician and actor, GV Prakash, kept his tribute brief, wrote “Jai Hind #Perationsindoor” with a salute emoji.

These messages from top-tier actors come as Operation Sindoor dominates the headlines. A coordinated strike hit the Indian Army nine terrorist-jurisdants, including sites in Kotli, Muzaffarabad and Faisalbad. Officials clarified that to avoid any Pakistani military property, the strike was targeted, measured and deliberately non-esklery.
