Manisha Koirala reflected her bond with Deepti Navy of Mumbai and magic

Veteran star Manisha Koirala reflected the acclaimed actress Deepti Navy to work together with his permanent friendship and working together, while expressing deep apathy and love for Mumbai, who shaped her film journey and placed countlessly funded memories.

Manisha took to Instagram, where she shared two pictures of herself on Instagram. The first actress was posing on Juhu Beach alone and next time there was a picture smiling for the camera with her “nearest friend” Deepti, with which she worked in “Saudagar”.

Recalling about The Good Times, Manisha wrote: “Walking on the beach with my closest friend … I remember that I am watching her films growing, and when we finally met to work together in the merchants, she played like my mother-in-law-I was very happy. Our bond has been making warm and comfortable for years.”

“Saudagar”, released in 1991, is directed by Subhash Ghai. It starred two legends Dilip Kumar and Raj Kumar in the lead roles. This was the second film in which the two actors appeared together after the 1959 film “Paigham”.

Vivek Mushran and Manisha Koirala started in the film. The cast also included Amrish Puri, Anupam Kher, Mukesh Khanna, Dalip Tahil, Gulshan Grover, Dina Pathak and Jackie Shroff. The storyline was influenced by classic play Romeo and Juliet. It was also inspired by 1985 Pakistani Punjabi film Haq Meher.

She then went to talk about Mumbai, which Manisha said that it has always been more than only one city.

“This is the smell of sea air in the twilight, the golden glow of sunset on Juhu beach, the dreams echo in the corner of every road.

The actress talked about her love for Mumbai Street Food, in which she said that it is not better taste anywhere in the world.

“And Oh – Street Food! From the spicy Bhel Puri to Hot Vada Pavs – it does not give a better taste anywhere in the world. Every bite has a memory, every taste, a story,” he said.

The city and its beach reminds Manisha of her journey in cinema.

“Here every walk on the sand reminds me where I started my film journey, the people I met, and the city has given me the unforgettable journey.
