Manisha Koirala, who shared screen space with Kamal Haasan in the 1996 film IndianRecently met him and shared a picture with him on her Instagram feed. In the picture, Manisha Koirala can be seen wearing a white salwar suit while Kamal Haasan is in an all-black look. Manisha Koirala wrote an appreciation post for the film legend and recalled how Kamal Haasan’s “unique and deep” conversations broadened her horizons of knowledge. Manisha began her note with the words, “A brilliant mind with whom I got the opportunity to work..books and films and now fashion are his world!! He suggested amazing books that expand one’s mind and soul..his unique and deep observations on life amazed me decades ago..his cinematic understanding is unmatched..”
Manisha wrote in her post, “I can talk to him for hours or rather I can say listen to him for hours… @ikamalhaasan ji, thank you for all you do and all you are!! You always amaze me every time I meet you!!” Check out the post here:
Kamal Haasan re-shared the post on his feed, writing, “Trying to run with my watch to promote Indian 2. Thank you. I have always remembered you as kind and appreciative. We will meet when any of us visits our respective cities.”

Kamal Haasan will next be seen in Indian 2. The trailer of the film was released last week. Indian 2 is a sequel to the 1996 film Indian, in which Kamal Haasan played the role of Veerasekaran Senapathy. Kamal Haasan and director S Shankar will be seen together in the sequel of this franchise.
