New Delhi: The prestigious Cannes Film Festival running in Indian French Rivaria is shining in 2025. Former Miss Haryana 2023 Ruchi Gurjar recently put gowns and clothes to Red Carpet, instead she opted for a desi look in a heavy Golden Lehenga Choli. But to attract everyone’s attention, his Padmavat was the specialty of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s face pendant with the inspired necklace.

Model-actress Ruchi Gujjar wore pendants featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Chopard Caroline Universe Dinner. She graduated from Maharani College, Jaipur, and moved to Mumbai to carry forward her dream of working in films. He has portrayed some music videos, including Jab Tu Meri Na Rahi and Haley Meen Chor.

Her dress – a stunning gold lehenga was prepared by Rupa Sharma – with complex mirror work, Gota strip, and delicate embroidery, the Regal Artistry of Jaipur beautifully incarnation. Shining gold dresses and careful expansion offered a contemporary on traditional Rajasthani fashion.
To complete the look, Ruchi wrapped a handcrafted Bhandani dupatta by Zaribri, designed by Rama, adorned with rich Jadoji and Gota Strip decorations. This accessory paid tribute to Rajasthan’s rich textile heritage and its intensive spiritual relations for Indian culture. “Wearing this dupatta felt as if I was wrapping the soul of Rajasthan,” he said.

Ruchi told IANS, “Necklace is more than jewelry – it is a symbol of strength, vision and growth of India on the world stage. Wearing it in Cannes, I wanted to honor my Prime Minister, whose leadership has taken India to new heights.”
He further said, “Prime Minister Modi has redefined the image of India around the world. I wanted to take that pride with me, and this defeat was my tribute to his leadership. Representing Rajasthan and India in the ear is not just a moment for me – this is a message for the world who we are.”
The 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is scheduled from 13 May to 24, 2025.
