Oscar-nominated actor Michael Stuhlbarg is reuniting with director Luca Guadagnino for his upcoming feature film After the huntThe actor and the filmmaker have worked together in several films before call me by your name (2017) and bones and all (2022).
According to deadline, After the hunt It already stars Julia Roberts, Ayo Edebiri and Andrew Garfield. The film is described as an intense dramatic thriller about a college professor “who finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads when a star student accuses one of her colleagues of sexual assault, and a dark secret from her own past threatens to come to light”.
Guadagnino is directing the film based on a script by Nora Garrett. Imagine Entertainment’s Brian Grazer and Alan Mandelbaum will produce the film with Guadagnino through their Frenesy banner. Imagine Entertainment’s Karen Lunder will executive produce with Nora Garrett.
