Miley Cyrus’ father and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus has reportedly seen his wealth decrease by $10 million between 2023 and 2024.

Billy Ray Cyrus lost $10 million in one year
in touch The report states that Billy Ray Cyrus’s net worth in 2023 was $20 million, which is a huge amount for the country music star and actor. However, in the latest update of Celebrity Net Worth, as cited by In Touch, Cyrus is now worth only $10 million. In a span of just one year he lost $10 million.
In Touch attributed the hit to his bank account to his divorce with Australian singer Firerose in June 2024, which also included a request for an annulment. Earlier, he also publicly divorced Miley’s mother Tish Cyrus in 2023. It seems that both the divorces have significantly affected the singer-songwriter’s wealth.
The tumultuous personal life of Billy Ray Cyrus
Billy Ray Cyrus has been married three times, all marriages ending in divorce. The singer was first married to Cindy Smith from 1986-91. After his divorce from Cindy, Billy married Tish in 1993. The marriage lasted for three decades and they had three children – Miley, Noah, and Bryson.
Miley is reportedly estranged from her father. In 2013, Tish filed for divorce but the couple reconciled and the case was dismissed. Tish filed for divorce again in 2022 after being separated for two years. The divorce was finalized the following year.
In October 2023, Billie married singer Firoz, but filed for divorce just six months later, citing irreconcilable differences as well as inappropriate marital conduct. Billy Ray Cyrus also requested the court to get her annulment completely, claiming that the marriage was fraudulently obtained.
