Cyrus and Morando have reportedly been dating since 2021 after meeting on a blind date
Miley Cyrus was spotted hanging out with her boyfriend Max Morando in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The 31-year-old pop singer was photographed with the Lilly drummer at the Future Islands concert held at the Shrine Auditorium. Their meeting came just days after Cyrus was sued, alleging that parts of her Grammy-winning song, Flowers, were plagiarized from Bruno Mars’ 2012 hit When I Was Your Man.

For this rare outing, the Party In The USA singer wore a black sweater while Morando wore a navy blue Polo Bear cotton-linen sweater by Ralph Lauren that retails for $400, reports Page Six. In the photos obtained by the outlet and shared on Axe (formerly Twitter), Cyrus can be seen carrying a black jacket and a matching large handbag. Keeping her makeup natural, the Wrecking Ball singer styled her hair half up.

Cyrus and Morando have reportedly been dating since 2021 after meeting on a blind date. Back in February, sources close to the couple told People that they had moved in together and were “very happy.” “Everyone loves Max. He’s a great guy,” the insider said, adding, “She’s very happy with him. He’s private and doesn’t like to be in the press. It’s been good for her.”

The couple’s meeting on Wednesday comes just days after Cyrus was sued by investment platform Tempo Music Investments for copyright infringement. Legal documents submitted by the platform to the court claim that Flowers’ “chorus, harmony, melody, chord progression and lyrics” were “intentionally” copied from the song from Mars’ second studio album Unorthodox Jukebox. Surprisingly, the Talking to the Moon singer is not named as a plaintiff in the case.
