The long awaited film from filmmaker Halitha Shameem Minmini It is now all set for release. The makers of the film have released the trailer of the film along with announcing its release date.
Filmmakers like Lokesh Kanagaraj and Pa Ranjith shared the trailer of the film on X.
According to the film’s synopsis, “Minmini Written by Halitha Shameem, this is a poignant and powerful drama that explores the complex emotions of survivor’s guilt with utmost honesty and heartfelt depth over an extraordinary period of eight years. This deliberate approach, shot in two stages in 2015 and 2022, gave the child actors a chance to mature and reprise their roles as adults, giving the narrative a remarkable continuity.
The film stars Esther Anil, Praveen Kishore and C Gaurav Kalai, while the technical team includes music composer Khatija Rehman, cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa and editor Raymond Derrick Crasta. Manoj has also produced the film along with Murali Krishnan. Minmini It is set to release in theatres on 9th August.
