Mumbai: The makers of “Siara” dropped a new pepping track “Tumor Ho Toh” sung by Vishal Mishra on Tuesday, which the film’s director Mohit Suri said that he is one of the most talented actors he has met in his career. Suri shared that he had known Mishra for 12 years and was overwhelmed to know that the singer decided to pursue music as a career after hearing the soulful love tracks of the filmmaker during his college days.
Suri, which completes 20 years in the Hindi film industry, said: “Vishal and I always planned to cooperate on something special because he came to meet me 12 years ago! We were just waiting for the right time and I am happy that it was for Siarra.” He was humbled to hear that it was Suri’s music that wanted him to pursue music as a career.
“He fell in love with my music brand when he was going through heart breaking during his college days!” He said: “When you hear that your work has such an effect on someone, it is a huge feeling. I have always felt that music has the ability to touch people’s hearts and it is a very pure medium.” The filmmaker said that he feels grateful to make memories for people through his music.
“So, for making my 20 years of direction and music, I am thankful that I have made memories for people through my songs. Vishal Mishra is one of the most talented artists I have ever met in my career and it is my privilege that he is in Siara’s music album.” “I still have scratches that Vishal gave me because he kept meeting me for 12 years and they are just pure gold!”
The director said: “To know him, to cooperate with him and to develop him as an artist, just gives me great pleasure. He has created magic in my opinion with Tumor Ho toh and I can’t wait to highlight my talent with a third song drop from Saira.”
“For those who love their music, they are probably their best romantic song so far and for those who are fond of Vishal’s music, they will fall in love with them with tumors Ho toh.” The film introduces Ahaan Pandey and it is also an Ait Padada. Siara is constructed by YRF CEO Akshay Widhani and is set to release on 18 July.
