New Delhi: Mukesh Khanna is once again set to convert to the 1990 Indian superhero ‘Shakitan’, iconic for an audio series once again.
Shaktimaan’s legacy is being re-associated with an all-new original audio series by Pocket FM, in which Mukesh is once again turning into superheroes, this time, through the voice.
Talking about the original stories of superhero Shakitan in the format of an audio series, Mukesh said, “Shaktimaan is not just a show, this is a feeling that lives in the hearts of millions.”
Mukesh said that he is “thrilled to return as the voice of the dear hero and join the audience with a full new generation.”
“The platform offers a great way to re -present the values, strengths and superpowers of Shaktimaan, but they love today’s youth with new stories in a format.”
“Shaktimaan” was a superhero television series created and built by Mukesh. It aired in DD National from September 1997 to March 2005.
Mukesh acted as Titular Superhero, who attain supernatural abilities through five elements of meditation and nature, and his change ego, Pandit Gangadhar Vidharadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri, who was a photographer for today’s voice.
The series also included Vaishnavi Mahant, who was initially played by Kitu Gidwani, journalists Geeta Vishas and Surendra Pal as primary anti -primary, Tamraj Kilwish.
The series was widely popular and recognized for its impact on children, Mukesh was accepted by Indian political leaders for his portrayal. The show followed Shikhan: The Animated Series 2011 and a television film, Hamara Hero Shekaton, in 2013, in 2024, in 2024, he announced the revival of Sheikton through a teaser video.
