New Delhi: The legendary Nana Patekar will be enthralling the audience with his appearance on the fan-favorite singing show Indian Idol 15 for the first time on Indian television. The show, airing on Sony Entertainment Television, will celebrate his legacy in a special episode ‘Bebak Nana’.
Promising a great mix of music, fun and laughter, Nana will be accompanied by the cast of his upcoming film Vanvas – Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur and director Anil Sharma.
During the show, Nana Patekar started a fun numerology game with Idol’s stubborn girl – Myskame Bosu, who is a deep believer in this art of understanding the mysterious connection between numbers and various aspects of life.

Pointing towards his fellow contestants, Nana asks him, “Tere pas kya batane hain, ini mein mein pehla kaun aayega”.
Myskame says that according to their charts and calculations, fellow contestant Mansi Ghosh could be the winner of this season.
Nana then asks them to guess their age and Myskame guesses their age is “44”, when Nana replies that no one has guessed their age correctly and they get 31 as their answer to 44. Need to add, there was laughter all around. Will soon turn 75 years old.
“Sir, flopped, sir,” Myskame admitted as she stood before him wearing a handful of gemstone bracelets and rings on her fingers.
In a candid conversation, he further advised Myskam, saying, “Look, your numerology meaning is nonsense, you sing without hesitation, this is the truth. Leave the rest, you have amazing speed, I have heard you…stone Bithar Nahi Bandaneka (No need to wear gems etc.).
The emotional high point of the episode comes when Myskame performs ‘Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai’ from Nana Patekar’s iconic film ‘Khamoshi’.
The performance takes Nana down memory lane, as he shares stories from his first shoot and reflects on the beauty of perseverance and simplicity.
Nana also praised his association with the song, which left the audience emotional. After funny banter, Nana asks Myskame to remove these stones and believe her singing.
Indian Idol 15 airs at 9:00 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
