NSYNC have edited the title of their song Bye Bye on YouTube to coincide with the release of Deadpool and Wolverine.

The popular band of the 90s and 2000s, NSYNC has made headlines once again with their song Bye Bye, which is featured in Marvel’s latest release – Deadpool and Wolverine. The song was featured during the opening credits, but fans couldn’t stop listening to the hit song as a background score. NSYNC has also edited the title of the track on their official YouTube page to coincide with the release of the film.

NSYNC’s Bye Bye Bye edited its title on YouTube

NSYNC has changed the title of their hit song released in 2000 on their band’s official YouTube page. The new title of the official music video is NSYNC – Bye Bye Bye (The Official Video for Deadpool and Wolverine). The description of the music video was also changed after the song officially became a part of the Deadpool and Wolverine soundtrack. The description now has an additional mention, “Featured in Deadpool and Wolverine”.

In the film, the foul-mouthed comic character dances to the tune of NSYNC’s hit song in the opening credits. Deadpool’s video went viral on the internet after he choreographed the official video of the song Bye Bye. The opening scene is considered one of the best opening scenes in the history of superhero movies according to fans.

The song is once again gaining attention from Americans and beyond, as fans create short videos dancing to the hit song and following its iconic choreography.

Other movies featuring NSYNC hits

The third installment of Deadpool is not the first film to feature the song Bye Bye Bye. Interestingly, the song was also featured in the 2003 film X2. When the mansion is attacked by William Stryker, Logan, along with Rogue, Pyro, and Iceman, escape in Cyclops’ car. Pyro turns on the radio to fill the silence in the car and NSYNC plays on the stereo, just when Logan discovers a hidden emergency phone-like device.

Funny enough, though, the song was featured again when Wolverine was involved in Deadpool. However, it’s unclear if the song’s feature was part of an Easter egg or just a happy coincidence. Other films that have featured the song include Red Locket, released in 2021, and the series Ted Lasso Season 2 Episode 11.

Although the band parted ways in 2004, their songs still rule the hearts of their fans.
