Ujjain: Actor Nushrat Bharucha prayed at Sri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain on Tuesday and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva. After offering the prayer, Nusharat spoke to Annie and shared his experience of going to the temple and participating in Bhasma Aarti. He said, “I cannot describe my experience in words … A large number of devotees come to the Mahalakeshwar temple to pray … Somebody can only describe this feeling by offering prayers in the temple … I am feeling very good …”
The Mahakhaleshwar Temple, situated on the banks of the Shipra River in Ujjain, holds vast religious significance as one of the twelve geotorling of Lord Shiva.
The Bhasma Aarti is one of the most prestigious rituals in the Mahakaleshwar Temple, which is performed between 3:30 to 5:30 pm during the auspicious Brahma Muhurta.

According to the traditions of the temple, the ritual begins with the inauguration of Baba Mahakal’s doors in the early hours, followed by a sacred bath, milk, curd, ghee, sugar and a sacred mixture with panchmarit.
The deity is then decorated with cannabis and sandalwood, before the unique Bhasma Aarti and incense aarti occurs, the rhythmic beats of the drums and the echoed sound of the shells of the conch.
Devotees from all over the country visit the temple to see this divine ritual, assuming that participating in Bhasma Aarti provides blessings and desires.
On the work front, Nushratt is known for its roles In ‘Love Sex and Dhok’, ‘Pyaar Ka Panchnama’, ‘Pyaar Ka Panchnama 2’, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, and ‘Chaudhary’, among others. Recently, he announced his next film, re -joining Luv Ranjan, director of his ‘Pyaar Ka Panchnama’.
Taking on his Instagram handle, Nushrat ‘Oops Yeh Syapa’. The actress has shared her first -looking poster from the film called an Indian married woman, which is “Pyaar Mein Bholi … Gus Meen Banduk Ki Goli”. Wearing clothes in a simple saree, drug addiction can be seen playing a mangalsutra, some bangles and a tied hairdo.
Written and directed by G. Ashok, ‘Oops Yeh Sypa’ has been produced under the banner of love films by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. The music is composed by Oscar winner AR Rahman. The film will be released in theaters on 5 September.
