Old Money, AP Dhillon’s new music video is a short action film. The Canadian rapper is seen trading punches and kicks with Salman Khan.
AP Dhillon surprised his fans a few days ago by announcing Old Money, a collaboration with Bollywood action stars Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Salman also hinted that AP will be seen acting in the video. Old Money is out now and is a short action film in the guise of a music video. Salman came forward in defense of AP
The music video begins with AP and his partner Bunty leaving the house before they are stopped by “bhai” Salman Khan. When they say they are going out to settle the matter, Salman warns them that he may have to come to their rescue again. As it turns out, that is exactly what happens. AP and Bunty throw punches and kicks at each other, with the rapper even beating up some goons.
But when they are outnumbered, Salman comes to their rescue. He makes a stylish entry, with a goon hanging on his left shoulder. When the goons hold the injured AP captive on a chair, Salman rushes to them and gun down every man in his way, in his typical style. AP laughs maniacally while his brother charges forward like a one-man army. Soon, AP too manages to escape himself and shoots his real-life associate and reel-life villain Shinda Kahlon in the leg.
Sanjay Dutt appeals for peace
Just as AP is about to kill Shinda, he gets a call from Sanjay Dutt, who introduces himself as “Dutt sahab”, a nickname reserved for his late father and legendary actor Sunil Dutt. Sanjay then tells AP that he should be known for his work and not his violence. A message then appears on the screen asking the audience to “Say no to violence”. The video ends with Sanjay calling Salman and asking him to meet him at night for a celebration.
On the film front, Sanjay’s new romantic comedy Ghudchadhi is releasing today on Jio Cinema. He will next be seen in Double iSmart, KD-The Devil, Baap and Housefull 5. Meanwhile, Salman is shooting for his next film Sikandar.
