Chennai: Tamil film star Rajinikanth on Friday expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all those who greeted him for completing 50 brilliant years in the film industry.
Rajinikanth issued a statement in Tamil, which he shared on his X timeline. In this, he said, “You all praised me on the 79th Independence Day Happy Film Industry on my 50 -year journey.”
The actor also thanked all his film industry friends, including Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal, Mamooti and Ilaiyaraja.
Even more importantly, he thanked his fans, saying, “I also express my heartfelt thanks to my fans, who are the gods that make me alive.”
It can be remembered that many people who cut in film industries and categories congratulated superstar Rajinikanth on their historical achievement of completing 50 brilliant years in the film industry.
Among those who greet the superstar were notable actor, producer, director and member of Parliament Kamal Haasan, who took on his X timeline to congratulate Rajinikanth.
Celebrating Rajinikanth’s impressive achievement, Kamal Haasan wrote to take a post on his ex -timeline, “My dear friend @rajinikanth celebrates 50 brilliant years in cinema today, marking half a century of cinematic talent. I celebrate my superior star with affection and praise, and #Coolie prepared this golden joy.

Ace director Lokesh Kanakraj, who directed Rajinikanth’s released film ‘Cooli’, also thanked the film’s lead actor superstar Rajinikanth, both for the opportunity to direct the film as well as on the set of the film and to close the film.
