A theater in Hyderabad is in the Collector La Compagne Dramatic City and will offer two attractive performances later this week. The first is a dramatic reading of Ajay Krishnan Butter and mashed bananaAfter that Open couple The next day.

According to Faraz Khan, who is directing this production Open couple“Writing was beautiful and satire was fantastic,” he felt that he was more than enough to take the drama, besides the legacy of Darian Pho which was a revolutionary in itself.

Even though he was fascinated by the work of Darian, Faraz saw himself as a “dramatic” actor, until he was persuaded by the argument of fellow actor Viri Bisht, he was reluctant to take comic tasks that “the theater needs imagination”.

“I believe that all good writers crafts like music and have a beautiful, poetic type of rhythm within the dialogues of Darian.

“I realized that I don’t have to think so much; I can rely on my instinct and direct the piece,” they say.

Open couple La Compagni Dramatic started in Hyderabad in 2013 and has been staged around 45 times across the country. After a break in 2017, the congregation revived it last year.

“This is something that we are proud of because we have applied a lot of different nuances in it, which includes comedia del’irt, which is an Italian comedic art form,” says Faraz.

“This is a wonderful piece of writing and every member of our group felt that we can perform when we read the entire script. We have got permission from Ajay to read,” Faraz says, saying that the audience will be treated “between a reading and a staging production.”
