We had earlier reported that Malayalam filmmaker Major Ravi is making a comeback as a director after six years with a film titled ‘Dabangg’. Operation RahatStarring Sarath Kumar. The makers released the teaser of the film on the occasion of Sarath’s 70th birthday on Sunday.
The video shows a burqa-clad Indian woman who is stuck in Yemen amid rising tensions. While the Indian government is attempting to evacuate its citizens from the country, a highly skilled soldier is sent on a mission to Yemen.
Written by Krishnakumar K., Operation Rahat It is a fictional story based on the operation carried out by the Indian Armed Forces to evacuate Indian citizens and foreigners from Yemen following the military intervention by Saudi Arabia and its allies in 2015.
The upcoming film, composed by Ranjin Raj, also stars Malavika Menon and Roy Malamakkal in pivotal roles. The film’s cinematography is done by Arjun Ravi and editing is done by Don Max.
