New Delhi: Earlier, more than 15 filmmakers have allegedly participated to register the film title ‘Operation Sindoor’, but it was Nikki Vicky Bhagani Films and Content Engineers who officially announced the project.
Recently, the film titled Operation Sindoor, a reply to India’s response to the Pahalgam terror attack, expressed public displeasure on social media soon after its announcement, in which Neetzens accused the manufacturers of insensitivity in view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan.
The first look of the film was revealed through an AI-based poster on the papers including viral Bhayani’s Instagram account. The Post described the film as “India’s most brave strike -based film”, which inspires Swift Bachalash from Neetzance, who called the time and purpose behind the release of the film.
To keep an eye:
In response to the Hungama, the film’s director Uttam Maheshwari released a public apology. He said in a statement, “My honesty to announce a FLIM on the basis of operation vermilion recently, inspired by the recent brave efforts of our Indian armed forces, the intentions were never to hurt or incite someone’s feelings,” he said in a statement. “As a filmmaker, I was shifted with the courage, sacrifice and strength of our soldiers and leadership, and just wished to bring this powerful story to light. The project was born with deep respect and love for our nation and not for fame and mood. However, I understand that time and sensitivity may be due to discoforms or pain for some.”
Maheshwari also thanked the Indian Armed Forces and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, called the project “spirit of the entire nation”.
On the other hand, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi condemned the Bollywood crowd to make the tragic incident fictional. Sharing a screenshot of news on X (East Twitter), he wrote, “Shameless vulture.”
According to news agency Annie, India on Saturday clearly dismissed Pakistan’s malicious misinformation campaign, which falsely claimed the destruction of important Indian military property and infrastructure.
