The photos, which surfaced online and were claimed to have been taken during the MTV Music Awards ceremony, are linked to a lawsuit initially filed in October 2024, which only named Diddy as a defendant . The lawsuit was re-filed in New York’s Southern District Court on Sunday to include Jay-Z, whose original name is Shawn Carter.

In response to the allegation, Jay-Z criticized Jane Doe’s attorney Tony Buzbee, who is also handling multiple lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs. Jay-Z claimed that Buzbee attempted to use the allegations to pressure him into a settlement, but instead, it fueled his intention to publicly deny and challenge the claims. He said he would not compromise and would instead expose what he viewed as Buzbee’s dishonest tactics.
“I don’t know how you became such a disgusting person, Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you, I’ve looked at you many, many times,” he said, according to PageSix.
