In a historic event, Punjabi pop sensation Diljit Dosanjh met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday. During his conversation with PM Modi, Diljit raised the idea of a bigger festival than Coachella, courtesy the rich culture of the country.
When PM Modi asked Diljit about his experiences visiting some of the biggest music festivals in the world, the musician said, “Sir, I think they have made Coachella or any other festival (bigger). We can make it.” huge. People travel from all over the world for such festivals.”
Not only this, he also praised India’s rich musical culture present in every corner of the country.
“We have such a rich culture. Introducing the idea of such a big music festival in India, Diljit said, “If such development happens here, people can come from all over the world.”
PM Modi immediately reacted to this and said that he also has thoughts about this in his mind.

PM Modi also recalled how German Chancellor Merkel had talked about music with him.
