Actor Pratic Babbar and his long -time girlfriend Priya Banerjee married on Friday (14 February). Recently, his half -brother Ion revealed that no member of the Babbar family, including his father, experienced actor Raj Babar, had been invited to the wedding.
In an interview with Etimes, Aarya shared that the Babbar family was not invited as a whole. He expressed confusion over the verdict, as he had accepted that he and his half -brother were close to.
He said, “I think someone has strengthened his brain too much. He does not want to connect with anyone from this side of the family. He has decided not to call anyone.”
He admitted that when he could understand why Pratic Ayya’s mother, Nadira Babbar (her stepmother) does not want to invite her, Pratic felt that Pratic should at least invite her father Raj Babbar. He said, “Life is no less than a film; someone at home is impressing him. I do not want to think that it is pretik itself, and I don’t believe that he is so.”
ICYDK, the couple shared many pictures from their intimate wedding on social media. It is written in the caption: “I will marry you every lifetime in #Priyakaprateik.”
The ceremony took place in his home rest, surrounded by his closest family and friends. The wedding celebration included traditional turmeric and mehndi rituals before they exchanged the vows during Ferrus.
For their big days, Pratic Babbar and Priya Banerjee chose a beautiful ensemble from a special collection by designer Tarun Tahiliani, which was paired with jewelery by Khurana Jewelery House.
The bride looked breathtaking in an ivory and Sona Lehenga was adorned with complex threadwork and embroidery. He supplemented Lehenga with a corset and a sheer scarf. His look was completed with stunning Kundan Jewelery, including a Mangatika, bangles, a bran-style necklace and statement earrings. For her makeup, she chose a soft, natural form.
On the other hand, Pratik Babbar wore a matching open sherwani, styled with a signature drape shirt and a classic dhoti set. He completed his look with a layered pearl necklace.
Pratik is the son of veteran actor Raj Babarbar and late actress Smita Patil. After the untimely death of Smita Patil, Raj Babbar remarried to Nadira Babbar, and had two children, Arya Babbar and Juhi Babbar.
Prior to Priya Banerjee, Pretic was married to Sanya Sagar. She married in 2019 but participated in 2023.
