The Internet is fuming over Nick Jonas’ exchange with Elon Musk and is interpreting it as an ‘support’ of the billionaire.
Recently, Nick Jonas supported Elon Musk on Twitter (formerly Twitter). The singer reacted to Elon Musk sharing a Jonas Brothers meme, however, his tweet did not go down well with fans who were criticizing him for ‘supporting’ the billionaire.

Nick Jonas and Elon Musk’s ex exchange
On December 17, Elon Musk responded to Tesla Owners Silicon Valley’s X post stating that the company’s profits had increased since Donald Trump’s re-election. Elon Musk reshared the tweet with the popular Jonas Brothers meme featuring Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas turning a table when Joe Jonas enters. He further wrote, ‘My, how the dice turned.’
In response, Nick Jonas shared a picture showing Elon Musk’s finger and also wrote, “Take us to the year 3000.” This tweet went viral and received 27.1 million views within no time. However, this did not go down well with Nick Jonas’ fans, who interpreted this tweet to mean that he is supporting Elon Musk.
Netizens react to Nick Jonas’ tweet
One of the X users commented, “Is this a Trump post?! @PriyankaChopra get your man.” Another commented, “Priyanka please keep your man under control.” Soon after, Nick Jonas shared a photo with Priyanka Chopra from their Christmas celebrations on Instagram. The backlash over Nick ‘supporting Elon’ continued there too. One comment read, “Priyanka please take the phone away from this man before it’s too late.” Another commented, “Priyanka…girl, run!”
Meanwhile, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra recently returned to the US after attending the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah. The actor shared a few pictures on Instagram as the family kicked off their Christmas celebrations. In one photo, Nick and Priyanka were posing romantically and in the other photo which caught everyone’s attention, their daughter Malti Mary Chopra Jonas was playing with a cricket bat.
