Prosecutors discover ‘treasure trove’ of videos and evidence in Diddy’s sex trafficking case

According to legal experts, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ sex trafficking case could be even worse than Nxivm sex cult leader Keith Raniere, who is currently serving more than a century behind bars, as reported by The Post. Experts are drawing this conclusion because federal prosecutors have found a “treasure trove” of evidence against the hip-hop mogul, who was arrested in New York on Monday night.

‘Treasure trove’ of evidence against Diddy

Experts said the evidence included a video of his alleged “freak offs,” which showed Diddy’s intoxicated victims having sex with male prostitutes as part of daylong sessions. Former federal prosecutor Anthony Copozzolo said, “I think that’s the case.” [the Combs case] That would actually be a strong case, especially because [prosecutors] Talk about a lot of videos.” Diddy’s federal court papers made public this week frequently mention videos of his alleged “freak offs.”

These recordings have been held against Diddy’s victims. Another former federal prosecutor, Rahmani believes, “There is a lot of video evidence in this case and that’s great because witnesses can lie but video never lies. The victim’s testimony is corroborated by the video and that’s very powerful,” as reported by the NY Post.

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, is the same man who fought Ranieri’s sex cult case. Capozolo, who helped actress Catherine Oxenborr free her daughter India Oxenberg from Ranieri’s cult, said Agnifilo could face an uphill battle defending the Bad Boy Records owner. He said, “As a defense lawyer, you can have the best plans and then they show one or two videos and everything goes out the window. So it’s a very difficult case [Agnifilo],

He also said that if a 2016 video of Diddy beating his girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a hotel resurfaces in court, it could make matters even worse. “It’s going to be very hard for them to think that what the other witnesses are saying is true. Both the “Freak Offs” video and the 2016 video are equally disturbing and “jurors are going to be absolutely disgusted [Combs]” Capozzolo said.

Diddy will be kept in jail until trial

Diddy was denied bail as he offered $50 million against the measly $2 million and was ordered to remain behind bars until trial. Prosecutors hurried to take the mogul into custody so that alleged victims could come forward and speak openly. The same thing happened in the Anvixum sex cult case where Ranieri was jailed and later sentenced to 120 years in prison after being convicted in 2019.

Although no one other than Diddy has been arrested in his case, Capazzolo believes his associates will find out about him out of fear of being arrested and jailed. “They see that Combs is already in jail. If they get arrested they think they’ll be put in jail. So they decide to cooperate and get themselves a much shorter sentence,” he explained.

Rahmani suggested that people who do odd jobs like fixing cameras or buying lube could also be charged in the case. “So you can wrap up a lot of people and you can put a lot of pressure on them. I’m not saying they’ll charge everybody, but they can easily put pressure on all these people to turn around and cooperate against Diddy,” he said. He also admitted that Diddy’s case is similar to that of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein because other celebrities may be involved. “It has a whole Jeffrey Epstein vibe to it because it involves rich and famous people. It’s one of Hollywood’s worst-kept secrets,” Rahmani said.
