BAFTA-Nominated film Sister Midnight, which features acclaimed actor Radhika Apte, is set for her digital release after a limited dramatic run in India. The film opened in select cinemas on 30 May has now become available for international audiences to rent or buy digitally. However, the Indian OTT release date is still wrapped.

Official confirmation came on Instagram’s production house, through height films. Sharing a shiny review with critic Mark Carmode, the caption wrote: “Very fast. Very funny.” Very amazing. ” It continued, “BAFTA-Nominated Sister Midnight is now available to buy or hire on digital!”
Although streaming has started in some areas, producers are yet to be revealed when the film will premiere on Amazon Prime Video for Indian audiences.

Premier at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival is characterized by Radhika Apte in a standout role as Uma in Sister Midnight, a newly married Navigating depicted by Gopal by a Stifying Arrange Marriage, Ashok Pathak. Set against the alive alive yet clostrophobic background, the story takes a dark turn as a UMA, stuck in social expectations, gradually turns into a fierce, precious version of itself.
The plot investigates her solitary visits around Mumbai sites such as Marine Drive and Bandstand, and ride her regular rides on local trains in the city.
