New Delhi: Angreji medium actress Radhika Madan, who is making waves in Bollywood with her versatile performance, recently revealed a touch moment from her career – a praise letter from anyone other than Amitabh Bachchan, who now replaces pride in her home.
Calling it a career highlight, Radhika remembered the unforgettable day when she received a stunning bouquet and a hearty note from the legendary actor. In an interview recently, he opened about emotional experience and how it inspires him.
“It was during the lockdown. I remember that we were all double-masters, sitting at home, even afraid to get out. One day, someone knocked on my door with a bouquet and a letter. A woman said,” I am coming from Amitabh sir’s house. ”
“Honestly, I did not know how to react. I just held a letter for about 15 minutes, completely empty. It was taken to me by the time. Still kicked emotions -I kicked up -I had a tear, mistrust. And when I really got a call from him, I was surprised. I was surprised. I did not know how to find my number.”
“He is such a legend, and yet he went out of his way to reach someone like me, someone just started. This is what makes him – his humility, his kindness, and the way he empowers others”, the actress said.
Radhika shared that the letter has now been implicated in her house, which acts as a constant reminder of the incentive she received.
“This was honestly the best day of my life, just to talk to him. I only heard my voice on Karkashapati, so to listen to the same voice on my phone – and to read that letter – was real.
That letter is now trapped in my house. The moment you enter, this is the first thing you will see – a big frame in it with his letter. It was very encouraging, so heavy, and really strong. That day, I felt that I am probably on the right path. And with that honesty and intentions, I just want to work and move forward. ,
