Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao, who is receiving a lot of positive responses for his films ‘Shrikant’ and ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’, is in Varanasi for the shooting of his upcoming film.
On Wednesday, the actor along with his wife Patralekha Paul visited Kashi Vishwanath temple. The couple took blessings of Lord Shiva.
He also observed the beauty of the temple. Puja was performed on his behalf by priest Sachin Pandey. The actor also took selfies with fans at the temple.
Rajkummar had earlier visited Varanasi along with his co-star Janhvi Kapoor for the promotions of ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’.
The two performed Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Meanwhile, Rajkummar is reportedly shooting for ‘Bhool Chook Maaf’ in Varanasi, apart from which he also has ‘Stree 2’ and ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ in the pipeline.
‘Stree 2’ is the return of the successful horror comedy franchise ‘Stree’. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor and is expected to take off from the first part. ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ will see Rajkummar Rao alongside ‘Animal’ star Tripti Dimri.
