Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh, who got married to her longtime boyfriend and producer Jackky Bhagnani a few months ago, treated her Instagram fans with a picture from the sets of her new film De De Pyaar De 2. Rakul Preet shared a picture on her Instagram story in which she can be seen getting ready. She also has a script in her hand. For the caption, the actress wrote, “Back to my favourite set!! DDPD 2 begins”.

In March, T Series officially announced about the film and mentioned the release date. The announcement read, “De De Pyaar De 2 will release on 1 May 2025. The film is directed by @anshul3112, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and @gargankur82 and written by @tarun.j.85 and Luv Ranjan.” The report also mentioned that De De Pyaar De 2 will go on the floors in June 2024, after Ajay Devgn completes the shooting of Singham Again and Raid 2.
Recently, Rakul Preet Singh posted several new pictures on her Instagram and revealed that she and Jackie have joined the bula. The photo series begins with a stunning shot of Rakul in which she is wearing a neon green tank top. The two also enjoyed a wonderful dinner. In one photo, Rakul is seen posing on a path surrounded by greenery, in which she looks very beautiful in a backless halter-neck printed dress.
Talking about De De Pyar De, the film also featured Tabu in the lead role. It revolves around 50-year-old Ashish (played by Ajay), a divorcee who falls in love with 26-year-old Ayesha (played by Rakul). Tabu plays Ajay’s ex-wife in the film.
