Mumbai: Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has questioned the revised order of the Supreme Court about stray dogs in Delhi/ NCR region. As per the revised instructions, stray dogs are sterilized, vaccinated, deformed, and then left back into areas from where they were picked up. However, this order does not apply to dogs who are crazy or display aggressive behavior.
Using X (earlier known as Twitter), the ‘government’ manufacturer has asked the apex court, “How a dog’s vaccination certificate protects a child from cutting, killing or killing on the road?- Is dogs expected whether it is expected to read your medical file carefully before deciding?”
Talking about dogs that will not be released, Verma shared, “Do we have the infrastructure, manpower and wealth to test crores of street dogs for rabies?”

He further asked, “Who will track and record each dog’s mental health profile?”.

Also, “If a dog attacks in a moment, but provokes his tail in the next moment, is it aggressive or sociable?- Does a committee of lawyers, dog lovers, veterinarians and dog psychiatrists sit together to set the emotional mood of each dog to sit together?”
The director further asked the SC whether it is planning to set up a thousands of special courts to investigate every accused dog, whether to leave it back or do whatever to do with it?
For unaffected, the Supreme Court has banned feeding dogs in public places. “Feeding should be done only in specified areas”.
It raised the question, “Who decides” nominated areas “? And on what basis?” For ‘Shul’ manufacturer.

Verma further asked one area about stopping dog migration in another area.
Finally, the filmmaker asked why there is no mention of the victims of the dog attack, in which children are also being killed?
Verma has requested the Hon’ble Supreme Court to keep all this in mind before passing the final order.
