The controversy around the ‘India’s Got Latant’ show, which broadcast earlier this year, ignited a terrible debate across India due to clear and unfair materials, which was widely criticized.

On February 10, an FIR was filed by the Guwahati police, in which several prominent affected people, including Allahabadia, were accused for promoting vulgarity through their involvement in the controversial show.

The FIR expressed concern about the indecent representation of women and other objectionable materials, which led to allegations under the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act and Cinematographs Act.

Taking responsibility for his actions, Allabia admitted his mistake during the first show, especially a comment, he attracted heavy criticism.

He said, “My comment was not just inappropriate, it was not even fun. Comedy is not my fort. I am just here to say sorry,” he said in the previous apology video.

After the Supreme Court allows its podcast to resume, the content of Allahabadia returns to the construction, to ensure that future content follows the standards of decency and morality, with strict guidelines.
