During a conversation with journalist Barkha Dutt, the actor, often dubbed the National Crush, defended his film animal and made a statement that led to the major online debate.
When asked by a fan, whether she would date a person like Rannvijay (Ranbir Kapoor’s animal) in real life, the Rashmika surprised many with her response. While most of the firm was expected “no”, he replied:
“I really believe that if you love someone and someone loves you, there will be changes.”
When the audience and Barkha Dutt competed, saying, “Nobody changes in real life,” Rashmika explained in detail:
